Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with puji9

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the puji9 website and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. puji9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The Platform is operated by puji9 and is intended solely for lawful entertainment and gaming purposes. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of winnings. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain, and past results do not predict future performance.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity in accessing the Platform;
• Not be located in, or be a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence not held by puji9;
• Not have previously had an account terminated by puji9 for breach of these Terms.

puji9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by puji9 may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the puji9 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person;
• Notify puji9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out fully from your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

puji9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have notified puji9 of a security breach prior to the relevant activity occurring.

puji9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless a specific promotional campaign specifies otherwise. puji9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which puji9 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or accounts belonging to another person are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be held, returned, or forfeited at puji9's discretion pending investigation.

Deposit transactions are processed in real time for supported mobile financial services including bKash and Nagad. In the event of a technical failure during a deposit transaction, you should retain your transaction reference number and contact support at [email protected] with the relevant evidence. puji9 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 48 hours of receiving adequate documentation.

puji9 reserves the right to decline any deposit or reverse a credited amount if there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) for all account balances and transactions.

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances such as system maintenance, regulatory review, or fraud screening — in which case puji9 will communicate any delay to the affected account holder.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photographic ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of bKash account registered to your name).

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to the account, or to a verified account in your own name. puji9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

puji9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. During such investigations, the relevant funds may be temporarily withheld. This right is exercised strictly in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and is not used to delay legitimate withdrawals.

puji9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. These specific bonus terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms when accepted.

General bonus rules applicable to all puji9 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless the offer explicitly states it is repeatable;
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Standard wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount. Specific multipliers will be stated in each offer;
• Bets placed using bonus funds do not count toward loyalty or VIP programme accumulation unless separately stated;
• Where a player withdraws funds before satisfying a wagering requirement, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited;
• puji9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted by players prior to the modification;

The following general betting rules apply at all times:

• Bets are only confirmed once you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary depending on the event, market type, and your account tier;
• puji9 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without obligation to provide a reason;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), puji9 reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. A bet is binding only once it receives on-screen confirmation at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance;
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published for the relevant sport. Void bets return the original stake to the player's account;
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance immediately upon official settlement of the event.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, puji9, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

puji9's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits puji9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

puji9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users;
• You are located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited.

Upon termination for cause, puji9 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to your misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable deductions permitted under these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

puji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, puji9 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where practically possible, puji9 will provide advance notice of significant changes via email to the address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.
